SHIPPING OPTIONS

1. You can have your order shipped to your home or business through FedEx shipping methods. Please be aware that orders take anywhere from 5-8 business days to process/engrave. Rush orders will be subject to additional charges. Please contact us for additional details BEFORE placing your order.

2. You can purchase online and pick up your order in our store located in Indian Trail, North Carolina. (Order available after 5 business  days). Closed Sundays and Mondays.
    To Order online and Pick up in store: 
 
  - After you've added all the items to your cart, click on Proceed to Checkout, Login or Checkout as Guest
    - Enter all of your information in Step 1: Billing Details, for Instore Pick Up check the box that says 'I want to bill and ship to this address'
    - Click on Bill/Ship to button below, (it will skip Step 2) in Step 3: Shipping Method, please select pick up in store and finish checking out

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

We ship your personalized gifts using either the United States Postal Service or FEDEX.  ALL SHIPMENTS ARE 100% GUARANTEED.

Shipments usually take 2-5 days to arrive after your item has been personalized.

Our FEDEX shipping charges include a packing fee for labor and materials. Here at The Crystal Shoppe, we recognize that the Shipping and Handling costs are high, but the rate is based on the weight of the items purchased and the zip code of the delivery destination. This is calculated directly from the FedEx published rates, with a small surcharge for the cost of the shipping box and packing materials - we do not treat shipping as a profit center, and merely pass-on the charge to our customers. To counter-act the high cost of shipping - over which we have no control - we strive to keep our product prices as low as possible; we feel that this is a more honest and transparent approach than boosting item prices and offering 'free' shipping. One way in which to feel better about the shipping charge is to order more gifts on the same shipment! When we ship for you, your order is insured against breakage and we will replace any broken item at no charge to you. We will notify you via email of the tracking information when your gift ships.

GIFT-BOX and NON GIFT-BOXED ITEMS

Should you select to add a gift-box with your purchase, the boxes in question are a standard white box with a silver bow around it; boxes will be sized to the items being shipped. Items are wrapped with tissue paper and bubble wrap, gift boxed and then packaged in a standard brown shipping box.

Should you decline the gift-boxing option, your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and then placed in the standard brown shipping box with packing peanuts.

 

Please note: Shipments to APO addresses are considered overseas shipments by the USPS. There will be an upcharge in respect of these shipments which is beyond our control. We will call/e-mail you prior to processing your order to discuss the additional shipping charges. Thank you for understanding - and for sending gifts to our troops.
